Commission, test, and optimize systems during installation, upgrades, and customer acceptance activities.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, software, and automation-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Execute system testing and validation to verify compliance with functional and performance requirements.
Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, programmers, and operators to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of commissioning activities, testing, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in commissioning, automation, machine building, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software systems.
Familiarity with PLC-based control systems and industrial automation technologies.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, or similar.
Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, servo systems, and industrial communication networks.
Experience working directly with customers during installation and commissioning activities.
Exposure to packaging machinery, robotics, or automated production systems.
