About the Role
We're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our intralogistics engineering team. You'll work on the design of material handling systems — from conveyors and sortation to automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and palletizing solutions — supporting clients across warehousing and distribution automation. You'll be part of a growing, specialized team, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary and often international project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and detail mechanical designs for material handling and warehouse automation systems in 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
Design components and subassemblies for conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS, and palletizing equipment.
Support integration between mechanical design and control/WMS-WCS systems, working closely with automation engineers.
Participate in concept development, design reviews, and technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and technical drawings.
Maintain a clear understanding of client layout, throughput, and operational requirements.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience or strong interest in material handling / intralogistics systems (warehouse automation, conveyors, AS/RS, or similar).
Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software – AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
Excellent communication skills (essential for remote/international work), with strong command of spoken and written English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working closely with automation and controls teams on integrated system design.
What We Offer
Attractive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise
International project exposure and travel opportunities.
Professional development, technical training, and career growth pathways.
Supportive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
Ready for Your Next Challenge?
If you're passionate about mechanical design, enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, and want to see your work come to life in the automated warehouses of tomorrow, we'd love to hear from you.
