As a System Integration Coordinator, you'll be the go-to point of contact for client requests, coordinating across teams and helping resolve operational issues on live automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for client requests related to system operation
Escalate issues to the appropriate teams or decision-makers and follow through to resolution
Coordinate across technical, production, and client teams to keep operations running smoothly
Support fault resolution processes by connecting the right people at the right time
Support change management processes related to the system
Track and follow up on day-to-day production topics linked to the installed automation
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
Strong administrative and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to organize and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent English
Availability for shift work and a 3-month on-site assignment in Germany
Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to industrial, automation, or production environments
Familiarity with automation/instrumentation systems (nice-to-have)
